Hi and welcome to my 'art gallery'. The talent for watercolour surfaced during the pandemic when I sought out new ways to stay engaged with life. My penchant for dog portraits happened quite by accident. I had opted to break away from following along on watercolour tutorials of birds and flowers and decided to paint Rock, my neighbour's greyhound--who I happened to have a photo of. Rock's owner loved the painting and her accolades along with social media, resulted in several requests. Here then, is a chronological display of all the dogs I have painted to date.
